At Heartwork Studio, our birthday parties are sure to make your child’s celebration a memorable one, full of creativity and fun with their friends! 💘

Our parties are 1.5 hours and include the following:

Step-by-step (canvas painting) instruction with one of our talented instructors, where children are engaged, creating, and having fun! Each child will take home their masterpiece at the end of the party! Our painting gallery will be sent to you so the birthday child can select a canvas of their choice!

We leave about 15 minutes at the end of the party to sing to the birthday child and enjoy a treat in our party room! We provide table cloths, but if you have colors or something to fit the theme of your party please bring in whatever you’d like!

We do all setup and cleanup! We want your party to be enjoyable and relaxing!

If you’d like, a digital invitation can be sent to you via email for you to send out to guests! Please provide us with the birthday child’s name, age they are turning and your contact info for the RSVP.

Pricing: $375 for a party up to 10 children, $15 each additional child. We allow a maximum of 16 children in the studio (this includes the birthday child, so you may invite up to 15 additional guests). Party guests should be age 5+.

A $175 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date. You can send a payment to our Venmo account @heartworkstudiowalpole or make arrangements to drop off cash/check.

 You may adjust the guest headcount 5 days prior to your party date. After that you are responsible to make your final payment based on the headcount we were provided.

 Only two adults may stay in the studio room during the party, in addition to the instructor. Any additional parents staying are welcome to stay in our waiting area.

 During our parties we encourage drop off, given that our space is cozy! Of course we want all children to feel comfortable, so if there is a need for a parent to stay, that’s no problem!

 You’re welcome to provide a treat for your guests! We recommend cupcakes, cookies, donuts, for easy distribution!! Also, water bottles or juice boxes, no open cups in the party room.

 You may bring in any decorations/balloons you would like! The studio is bright and colorful on its own, so don’t feel like you have to! Please make sure to bring in plates, napkins, utensils and candles for your party!
